Well, this might be a trial and error kind of thing.
My thinking is that since so many people will be coming from out of town, this may be a good place for you to coordinate who is arriving, who is departing and when. Hopefully you can coordinate what color you will be wearing (for all you onomilous trichromats... yeah, I spelled it wrong...)
There is a lot to do in the area, storming the elephant seals like the Daly's, wine tasting like the locals, hanging out with Willie Nelson at the Pozo Saloon... Anyway you slice it, car pooling helps and sober drivers rule...

So if you have an idea for things to do or want to let everyone know where you are staying and why, make a post and go crazy... Can't wait to see you all!
